MTC agrees to refund any order cancelled after billing.

Price Policies
Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. Price changes, if any, will be reflected on your order confirmation.
All prices are in Canadian dollars.
All prices are subject to applicable taxes and shipping costs.
We reserve the right at any time to modify the prices without notice.
Shipping policies
Free shipping for orders over $ 75 before tax within Montreal and Laval.
A $ 20 delivery charge will be charged for orders under $ 75.
For “out of stock” items, or for deliveries to remote areas, it may take up to ten (10) business days.
Multiple shipments
If a single order requires multiple shipments, shipping costs will be charged only for the first package shipped. No additional shipping costs will be charged for deliveries associated with the same order.
Damaged package
If your package is damaged when you receive it, please rest assured that we will do everything in our power to help you. First, please contact us and we will help you return your package. Obviously, there is no return shipping cost, and we will refund your item in full.
Thanks, I appreciate your interest and follow-up, but unfortunately the prices you offered are very high compared to other suppliers, no matter what volume I need.
Return policy
All products with DIN from Health Canada (Drugs Identification Number) cannot be returned or credited.
Replacement can only be in case of receiving a damaged package with a proof photo within the 2 days of receipt.
All other Hygienic products can be return if the item not used and is in a perfect condition.
A restocking fee of $10 per order will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the initial shipping fee.
Moreover, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and it is recommended that you send the tracking number to us.
Refund will be given after item inspection.
For food disposable products:
Item can be returned within 30 days of receipt if it has not been used and is in perfect condition.
A restocking fee of $10 per order will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the initial shipping fee.
Moreover, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and it is recommended that you send the tracking number to us.
Refund will be given after item inspection.
For the Accessories:
The product can be a return if the item is in a perfect condition.
For the stands:
A restocking fee of $30 per shipped order will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the initial shipping fee.

Refund will be given after item inspection.
For the dispenser:
The product can be a return if it has not been used and is in perfect condition.

Exchange policy
Applicable only if you received a damaged product, you should inform us maximum 2 days after you received the item. Send an email to info@mtcp.ca with your order number, details, and damaging product pictures. We will send you a new item within the next two open days.
GUARANTEES
We honor the warranties of most manufacturers. Defective items may be replaced, according to the manufacturer’s policies or guidelines. Shipping and handling charges may apply. If you have any questions regarding defective items, contact our customer service first.
BILLING
Your credit card is debited after validation of the order. You will not be charged any additional fees without your approval. All merchandise purchased from MTC remains its property until full payment is made. Taxes are calculated based on the shipping address.
